I. Vision and Mission

TOPSUN Capital Group takes “Awakening Humanity, Ending Games and Wars, Returning to True Love and Awareness” as its highest mission. It is dedicated to fostering true love between couples, within families, among people in society, and extending it to the emotional energy interaction and cherishing between humans and the Earth’s clean water and all living beings.

Symbolized by Lake Baikal’s 25 million years of planetary living water, the project serves as a metaphor for the eternity of Earth’s natural great love versus the transience of human emotions. It calls on all humanity to explore and scientifically verify, with a rational attitude, the protection of our shared home — the Earth and its clean water — to realize the vision of “One Global Family, Peace and Shared Prosperity.”

II. First Batch of Global Operation Countries (9 Countries)

Initial Launch Countries: United States, China, Russia, Mongolia, Malaysia, India, Singapore, South Korea, Vietnam.

These nine countries span East and West, developed and developing economies, and diverse cultures and ecosystems, providing rich samples and strategic footholds for global rollout.

III. Investment and Talent Cultivation Model

Leveraging the investment model of the “Frank Su Huang Science and Art Fund” founded by renowned Chinese-American artist, photographer, and entrepreneur Huang Su (FRANK SU HUANG), TOPSUN Capital officially launches a global incubation program:

Cultivate 1,000 Technology Princes (young leaders in various cutting-edge technology fields)

Cultivate 1,000 Green Ecology Industry Queens (women from different cultural backgrounds serving as spokespersons for ecology and humanities)

Driven by the dual engines of science and art, and empowered by BBQ-3D virtual reality technology, the program aims to achieve deep cross-cultural and cross-generational empowerment.

3）Global Teen Football League “太平盛世 Fairtheworld” (Era of Peace) Friendship Matches and Worldwide Training & Study Tours

Using football as a universal language to promote peaceful youth exchanges, combined with study tours to deepen understanding of each country’s history, culture, and ecology.
